Features

What kind of components can I add in a report?

Hybiscus supports a large collection of components, ranging from Image, Table, Text, Section, Card, as well as an assortment of chart components such as Bar Chart, Line Chart, Doughnut Ring, etc. For more details, see our Docs.

What integrations do you support?

As Hybiscus provides a REST API with OpenAPI documentation, it is possible to integrate with most no-code / automation platforms such as Airtable, Zapier, etc. This can typically be done using Webhooks. For some examples, see our Blog.

API

What happens if exceed my quota?

As you approach your quota, you will be notified by email. Once you exceed your quota, you will be given a grace quota of 10% above your standard limit to avoid disruption to your service. Finally, if this grace quota is exceeded, your API calls will fail for the billing period. For more details, see our FAQ page.

How long do reports take to generate?

Reports typically take 2-3 seconds to generate, but may be longer with more pages and complex components (e.g. Charts or Image components referencing 3rd party sources).

Are there any rate limits on the API?

There are generous rate limits in place on the API, of 60 requests per minute. API requests for reports get put into a queue, so during high load, they may not be generated immediately. For more details, see our Docs.

What happens if I cancel early?

Your access will be retained until your next payment cycle. The exact date will be stated when cancelling in the dashboard. For more details, see our FAQ page.
